☁ CAN I RETURN/ EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

I don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, feel free to reach out to me!

☁ MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED/MISSING, WHAT DO I DO?

Unfortunately shipping things always comes with the small chance of damaged packages as I have no control over how the package is handled while it travels to you! If your package is missing, please check your local USPS or ask your neighbors/apartment complex. If there is still an issue, email me your order number and we can work something out!

 WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PREORDERS?

Unfortunately, I won't be able to offer cancellations of preorders, so please be sure of this commitment before making it! If you're unsure if you can wait three months, you also have the option to purchase it again when I have the actual products.
